Start Your Own Bowling League Franchise!
The X-League is more than a bowling league. It's a franchise system built for people who want to lead, compete, and grow something meaningful in their community. Franchise owners across Stafford Township, NJ and 12 other states have already made the leap — and the network is expanding fast.
If you've got a passion for bowling and a drive to build something, this is your shot.
How To Start A Franchise:
Franchise Owners must fill out two short forms. Those forms are:
- Application of Registration Form
- Team Roster Form (Minimum 15, maximum 36)
A “Future Franchise Owner Checklist” is made available to all Franchise Owners to make it much easier. All these forms can be simply downloaded from www.MyXLeague.com
Once the Administrators approve the application for Franchise Ownership, a one-time payment of $500 shall be made to X-League. This payment goes towards the registration and data entry of all members of the franchise. Any cash left over goes towards improving technology in the future to make membership, upgrades to the servers, and to make the website easier to use for sanctioned members.
Once completed, Franchise Owners will then have access to multiple X-League approved jersey manufacturers as well as logo services, if needed.
Franchise Owner Guidelines:
Franchise Owners run their team and are responsible for all administrative functions, including:
- submission of lineups, match payments, and maintaining professionalism of their members.
If the franchise is owned by multiple individuals, one must be named as their Chief Owner to deal with Administrators. The Administrators need to have one contact to communicate with instead of multiple individuals when talking about X-League. Franchise Owners cannot own multiple franchises.
Franchise Owners are solely responsible for all payments to X-League, including:
- the $500 initial franchise fee
- the $30 per bowler sanction fee
- the $40 per bowler who participates in all tour stops
- the $300 annual team payment
- Ensuring each tour stop member is wearing their X-League jersey with their last name
- De-escalating any possible issues from members of the franchise
- Properly disperse any winnings to bowlers at season’s end, promptly
- Fill out any required federal tax forms where the IRS says it is mandatory
- Ensure that all members are properly sanctioned.
- Ensure that all team members know and abide by the rules
Franchise Owners will be required to sign a contract prior to the season that they agree to all of the rules contained within, and to be held responsible for any deviation from these rules, including unacceptable behavior, team disbandment mid-season, and the obligation for the remainder of the prize fund.
